Agreement between User and SpaSlainte.com
Welcome to www.Spaslainte.com. The website (referred to as the “Site”) is owned and operated by Spa Slainte. By accessing and using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.
Description of Service
At Spa Sláinte, our mission is to redefine the landscape of wellness by transcending traditional boundaries and bringing the pinnacle of care directly to your doorstep in the Chicagoland area. Our commitment is rooted in the belief that true well-being should be accessible, convenient, and intimately tailored to your individual needs.
Privacy
Your use of www.Spaslainte.com is subject to Spa Slainte’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
By accessing www.Spaslainte.com or sending emails to Spa Slainte, you consent to receive electronic communications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided to you electronically, via email, or on the Site satisfy any legal requirement for written communication.
Children’s Privacy
Spa Slainte does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from individuals under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use www.Spaslainte.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want you to have a great experience at Spa Slainte. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment!
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link on the email you received, or please call us at 847-744-9033.
Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at Spa Slainte.
Please give a 24-hour notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours but greater than 12 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of appointment. This includes half of the cost of the appointment and a restocking fee. Any cancellations less than 12 hours will not receive a refund.
When you submit an appointment, you also agree to receive communications from Spa Slainte – we will never spam you or sell your information.
Links to Third-Party Sites/Services
www.Spaslainte.com may include links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). These Linked Sites are not under the control of Spa Slainte, and we are not responsible for their content. Inclusion of these links does not imply our endorsement or association. Some services on www.Spaslainte.com are delivered by third-party sites or organizations, and you consent to sharing information with these parties.
Use of the Site and Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use www.Spaslainte.com in accordance with these Terms. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act. Class actions are not allowed.
Liability Disclaimer
Information, products, and services on the Site may have inaccuracies. Spa Slainte and its suppliers make no warranties about the suitability, accuracy, or reliability of the content. You use the Site at your own risk.
Termination
Spa Slainte reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinoisand you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Illinois in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.
Changes to Terms
Spa Slainte reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.Spaslainte.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Spa Slainte encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
